Fever Dreams

Oh how I wish

I could remember

my Dreams

I get snippets

now and then

Nothing spectacular

Always the mundane

and boring

They must be since

I cannot remember them

Dream journal

Perhaps…but

not sure I could

remember any dream

long enough to

actually get it on paper

The dreams that sometimes

linger…

are Fever Dreams…

Those that are weird…

Unsettling…

Disturbing…

Unusual…

and repeat over and

over and over

each time I sleep
