Wisdom
The best advice I ever received came from the mentor of a dear friend She was wise and courageous A woman before her time During our teens she advised us… Enjoy the boys… Experience all the men you can… But… Don’t ever ever fall in love she told us Love is a trap… You only get hurt… Be the best woman you can be for the man of the hour But… Don’t give him your heart… your soul… your life… And… Don’t ever ever fall in love she said every time she saw us Copyright © 2013 Annie – Original PoetryAlways…I wish you peace, joy and happiness, but most of all I wish you Love.
As Ever, Annie

You don’t have to give all of your soul or heart away… I think not to love is a sad advice.

There is love … then there is love … the advice is in knowing the difference.

The advice was “don’t fall in love” … nothing was said about not loving some one … a HUGE difference.

“felt in love” ? Falling in love is easy … staying in love is the difference … you still don’t have a clue

If you don’t fall in love, there won’t be a development and you don’t stay in love. For sure it’s written “fall in love”, but if you never do, then you never do the first step in a direction to love someone ever and that’s why I think it’s a sad advice.
