Bitter Cold…

Bundled up to the eyes

Standing at the top of the Incline

Below us …

Three Rivers joined

Lights twinkling

through my eyes

Decorated with

Frozen mist

 

Things were

good then

New Year, New Life

The last night

of the year

They wondered

what the new

one would

Bring

 

New lives…

New jobs…

New loves…

New adventures…

 

So many questions…

No answers

 

Only time will tell

Left to the Fates

Stars and Moon

to Decide

 

With one last kiss

A sip of champagne

The old year is 

Gone

And…

The new one

Begins…
