Sunday Morning
You pull me in close from behind Strong arms circling my waist As I stare out the kitchen window Tender kisses on the back of my neck As tears snake their way down my cheeks Gentle nibbles on my left ear And a sigh escapes my throat Turning… I mold myself to you Wrapped in your arms The kiss… long… deep… passionate… pleading… Oh how I have waited for this… The confirmation that all is as it should be My chin in your palm You tilt my head as I lose myself in your green eyes “My Baby,” you say. “Oh… how I have missed You.” Copyright © 2014 Annie – Original PoetryAlways…I wish you peace, joy and happiness, but most of all I wish you Love.
