Midnight…

Hot summer night

Restless…

Sleep escapes me

 

Tossing and turning

sheets tangled

and heart racing

 

Looking for release

a midnight walk

cooling breezes

calming my steamy skin

 

A chance encounter

And…

My life would 

Never be the Same
