The Lamp

Meant to hold

darkness at bay

 

The lamp…

stood for so

much more

 

A symbol of 

prosperity…

wealth…

 

Something almost

idolized…

worshiped…

 

Yet…

 

Held only the

true meaning for 

those with a

pure and open

Heart…
