Time …

After years of a fast

paced existence

High pressure career

Having to always be

on point

Think on my feet

daily

And…

Make decisions and

judgment calls on

a moments notice

I now have

Time…

To sleep when I want

To read all night

To write when I can

To eat or not

To do anything I

want any time I want

 

My favorite thing is

to stroll…

saunter …

move slow and easy

through my life

Not having to be

rushed and frantic

and learn to live

my life and love myself …
