All dashed
and broken
Lost…
I can no longer
Believe in anything
Can no longer
think anything
good…
positive…
will happen
in my life
I continually
expect the
worst…
negative…
And…
Should something
positive happen
I am completely
Surprised!

Let The Light In
Not all wounds
can be seen
They are not physical
But…
Emotional…
Mental…
Psychological…
You destroyed
my Soul
with your Double
edged tongue
A wound so
Deep it took
eons to Heal
Words are negative
especially when used
deliberately to
hurt…
wound…
destroy…
Words are also
strong…
positive…
when I had
the courage
to say…
