Too much hatred

Too much senseless death

Too much destruction

Mind…

Body…

Soul…

 

As I cry, so does

the World with me

Shedding raindrops

like tears of pain…

Tears attempting

to wash away all

the death

the destruction

looking for

the sun to

light the way

to compassion…

to peace…

to caring…

to humanity…

 

If only a few tears

a few raindrops

could change the

hatred of the world

and lead us as

humans to find

our way to

universal peace …
