Night Frost Haze
Under the cold light
of a Wintery Moon
she strolls through
the woods
Frost falling around her
as she moves gives
the illusion of a blue haze…
A glowing halo surrounding
her long dark hair
Nothing hurried in her
movements
She continues on
her nightly mission
In her wake…
a black cat
weaving in an out of
her footprints
in the snow
Following like a witch’s
Familiar…
he travels along silently
and just as detrmined
Arriving home…
she bends down
removing her overshoes
and
lovingly stokes the cat
